Effective September 2, 2025, the Palmer’s will serve as Managing Partners of North Branch Insurance, a division of SIB Corp.
Joe Palmer is widely regarded as one of the most established and prominent commercial transportation insurance professionals in Eastern Canada, with a longstanding reputation for delivering tailored solutions and exceptional results for clients across the sector. With his deep expertise and strong industry relationships, Joe has built one of the most significant transportation portfolios in the region. Hilary Palmer, bringing her own leadership and client-focused approach, will join him in managing the Hartland office moving forward.
