To report a claim, you have some options that we will respond to right away:
- Report a claim directly by phoning us anytime during our regular business hours, 8:30-5:00 at our locations.

- After 5 p.m. on weekdays, or on weekends, call our toll free claims number at 1-888-224-5677 and you will be looked after immediately.
- You can e-mail us your claim, by completing the information below, and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

What do in the event of a claim:
- If it is an emergency, take whatever action is necessary to prevent further loss or damage without placing yourself or others at risk of personal injury.
- Contact the authorities (Fire or Police) when necessary, as soon as possible.
- Report the claim to StoneRidge Insurance Brokers as soon as possible
- Discuss the details of the loss ONLY with the authorities, us, or your insurance adjuster.
- Do not authorize repairs, or start repairs until your insurance adjuster has inspected the damage.
- Do not make any voluntary payments or promises to pay for damages
- Do not dispose of any damaged property until authorized by your adjuster

We can advise you on how the claim may impact your renewal premium and coverage, and explain what your options are. Whatever options you choose, we are here to help you!
